MQM SEEKS VIEW OF THE WORKERS AND PEOPLE WHETHER TO REMAIN PART OF THE ALLIANCE FOR RESTORATION OF DEMOCRACY (A R D).

The Co-ordination Committee of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) considered in detail the questions and apprehensions of its workers and people in regards to its continuation in the A R D in its emergency meeting held at the Party’s Central Office, commonly known as “Nine Zero”.
The MQM has always taken decisions in agreement with the views of its workers and electorates in accordance with the democratic norms having regards of the importance of the views of the people.
The Co-ordination Committee has therefore, sought the views of its workers and the people whether to remain a part of the Alliance for the Restoration of Democracy (ARD). It would take a decision having received the views of the workers and people soon on its future strategy.
The Co-ordination Committee has appealed to the workers and people to forward their views immediately to the Central Office of the MQM situated at 494/8, Azizabad, Karachi either in writing or through phone or fax on the following numbers: Phone No: 631 3690, 632 9900, Fax. No: 632 9955.

Recently some Enemies Of Pakistan [read SAFMA] have started questioning the Two-Nation Theory that was the base for the creation of Pakistan. They are outrageous liars and through their falsehoods, they want to prove that Jinnah wanted a secular state.

There are hundreds of speeches of Quaid-e-Azam that can be slapped across their Zionist faces, but quoting here just some of them to revive the memory of Pakistani youth.

“Happily there is a solution in the enforcement of the Law of Islam and its further development in the light of modern ideas. After a long and careful study of Islamic Law I have come to the conclusion that if this system of Law is properly understood and applied, at last the right to subsistence is secured to everybody. But the enforcement and development of the Shariat of Islam is impossible in this country without a free Muslim state or states.” Iqbal’s letter to Quaid, 28th May, 1937.

Today, they are as applicable in modern times, as these were 1300 years ago———in any case, Pakistan is NOT going to be a Theocratic State——-to be ruled by the priests with a Divine mission.” Quaid-e-Azam, broadcast to the U.S.A. February,1948.

“Islam is not merely confined to the spiritual tenets and doctrine, rituals and ceremonies. It is a complete code regulating the whole Muslim Society, every department of life collectively and individually.” Quaid-e-Azam, Eid Massage, September, 1945.

“In Islam, ultimate obedience belongs to God alone. The only way to follow this guidance is through the Holy Quran. Islam does not preach obedience to a king, parliament, person or institution. The Islamic Govt. means rule of the Quran. And how can you establish the rule of the Quran without an independent state?” Quaid-e-Azam, address to the students of the Usmania University, Deccan, India, August, 1941.

“Come forward as servants of Islam, organise the people economically, socially, educationally and politically and I am sure that you will be a power that will be accepted by everybody.” Quaid-e-Azam, Presidential Address at the All India Muslim League, Lahore March 23, 1940.

رمضان شریف کی عبادات کے دوران ایسے کئی مناظر دیکھنے کو ملے اور خود مجھہ پر وہ ایسے کئی لمحات گزرے جب چاہ کر بھی بارگاہ الہی میں اپنے آنسو ضبط نہ کر سکا، میں نے سنا ہے کہ اللہ کی بارگاہ میں رو رو کر گڑگڑا کر اپنے گناہوں کی معافی طلب کرو اگر رونا نہ آئے تو رونے جیسا منہ ہی بنا لو تاکے اللہ تم پر رحم کرے، تقریباَ ہر دوسرے شخص کی کیفیت کچھہ ایسی ہی پائی، اللہ کا شکر ہے کے لوگوں کے دلوں میں اب بھی رمضان شریف کا احترام باقی ہے اور لوگوں کی اکثریت رمضان شریف کے روزے بھی رکھتی ہے اور کثرت سے عبادات کرنے کی کوشش بھی کرتی ہے۔

لیکن مجھہ سمیت لوگوں کی یہ کیفیت صرف اور صرف نماز پڑھنے کے دوران کی حد تک ہی کیوں ہوتی ہےِ؟ وہ پھل فروش جو ابھی دو منٹ پہلے تک اللہ کی بارگاہ میں رو رو کر اپنے گناہوں کی معافی مانگ رہا تھا وہ مسجد سے قدم باہر رکھتے ہی اپنا وہ رونا اور گڑگڑانا کیوں بھول جاتا ہےِِ؟ جو پھل پچاس روپے کلو باآسانی کسی بڑی مارکیٹ میں دستیاب ہے وہی پھل یہ پھل فروش سو روپے کلو بڑی ڈھٹائی کے ساتھہ بیچ رہا ہوتا ہے اس وقت اسکا خوف خدا کہاں چلا جاتا ہے؟۔ اور یہ کیسا خوف خدا ہے جو اگلی ہی نماز میں پھر سے لوٹ آتا ہے لیکن صرف مسجد کی حد تک۔ پھل فروش کی تو میں نے صرف مثال دی ہے یہ ہی روش ہم سب کی ہے بڑے سے بڑا افسر ہو یا کوئی معمولی چھابڑی لگانے والا ہو، علامہ اقبال کی روح سے معزرت کے ساتھہ۔

ہر کوئی درندہ بنا ہر کوئی درندہ نواز۔

پاکستان میں صرف ایک ہی چیز ترقی کر رہی ہے اور وہ ہے مہنگائی، کسی کو اپنی حکومت کی فکر پڑی ہے کسی کو بھتوں کی فکر ہے کسی کو نئے صوبوں کی فکر ہے کسی کو آنے والے الیکشن میں کامیابی کی فکر پڑی ہے کسی کو اپنے اپنے مسلک اپنے اپنے فرقوں کے تحفظ کی فکر پڑی ہے ہر کوئی مفکر ہے مگر صرف اور صرف اپنے مفاد کے لئیے، اس مہنگائی میں غریب نے کیسے روزے رکھے کہاں سے سحری کی کہاں سے افطاری کا بندوبست کیا پھر کہاں سے اپنے بچوں کے لئیے عید کے کپڑے خریدے، خریدے بھی یا نہیں، کسی نے نہیں سوچا اس طرف۔

ہماری ویلفئیر سوسائٹی کو بہت ہی محدود فنڈ ملتا ہے دوست احباب سے جو ہمیں مستحقین تک پہنچانا ہوتا ہے، اس بار فنڈ اتنا ملا کے محض پانچ سو لوگوں تک ہی ہم عید کی خوشیاں پہنچانے میں کامیاب ہوسکے، وہ بھی اللہ بھلا کرے ہمارے ان ممبرز کا جو معاش کی تلاش میں دیار غیر میں جا کر آباد ہوگئے ہیں زمین سے محبت کا رشتہ انہیں اپنی ویلفئیر سوسائٹی سے جوڑے رکھتا ہے اور وہ لوگ دیار غیر سے معقول رقم بھیج دیتے ہیں جس سے ہم ایسے مستحقین کو عید کی خوشیوں میں شامل کرنے کی کوشش کرتے ہیں۔

ستائیس رمضان تک ہم لوگوں تک یہ امانت پہنچا دیتے ہیں، اس بار بہت زیادہ ابتر حالت تھی لوگوں کی عید کا چاند نظر آنے کے بعد بھی رات ایک بجے تک لوگوں کا تانتا بندہ ہوا تھا ویلفئیر سوسائٹی پر جو کسی نہ کسی طرح سے امداد کے طالب تھے، اللہ کا بہت احسان ہے کے اس نے کسی کو خالی ہاتھہ نہیں لوٹایا ہماری سوسائٹی سے مگر میں یہ سوچتا ہوں کہ کیا یہ مستقل حل ہے؟

ایسے کتنے ہی لوگ ہونگے جو اپنے بچوں کو عید کے دن بھی نئے کپڑے نہ دے سکے ہونگے جنکا دسترخوان عید کے دن بھی دال اور چٹنی سے ہی سجا ہوگا، ایک بیوہ خاتون آئیں کہنے لگیں کاشف بھائی آپ لوگوں نے مجھے چھے سال پہلے سلائی مشین لے کر دی تھی میں پچھلے چھے سال سے اس مشین سے سلائی کر کے اپنے بچوں کا پیٹ پال رہی ہوں اب وہ مشین خراب ہوچکی ہے میری بیٹی اعتکاف میں بیٹھی ہے اور کہتی ہے کے امی کاشف بھائی سے کہنا آپکی چھوٹی بہن اعتکاف میں بیٹھی آپ کے لئیے دعا کر رہی ہے آپ اپنی چھوٹی بہن کے لئیے نئی سلائی مشین لازمی بھیج دینا تاکے ہمارے گھر کا گزر اوقات چلتا رہے، میری آنکھیں نم ہوگئیں اور مارے شرمندگی کے زمین میں گڑھنے کو دل چاہا کیوں کے فنڈ بہت محدود تھا جو کچھہ ممکن تھا وہ تو دیا مگر سلائی مشین کے لئیے فوری طور پر فنڈ موجود نہ تھا، میں نے ان خاتون سے عید کے بعد مشین دینے کا وعدہ کیا اور ممکنا امداد کے ساتھہ انہیں رخصت کیا، اللہ یہ وعدہ بھی پورا کروا دے گا انشاءاللہ۔
لیکن یہ مسلے کا حل نہیں ہے میرا دل اس دن مطمعین ہوگا جس روز ہم امداد دینے کے لئیے بیٹھے ہونگے اور کوئی امداد لینے والا موجود نہ ہوگا۔ مجھے اپنی زندگی میں تو یہ خواہش پوری ہوتی نظر نہیں آتی نا معلوم کب وہ وقت آئے گا جب ہم بھی وہ وقت دیکھیں گے کے جیسا عمر فاروق رضی اللہ تعالی عنہہ کے دور میں ہوتا تھا کے بیت المال بھرا ہوتا تھا اور کوئی زکات خیرات لینے والا ڈھونڈنے سے بھی نہ ملتا تھا۔

اللہ معاف کرے جو حالت لوگوں کی ہوچکی ہے مجھے تو ایسا لگتا ہے کے اگر ایسے ہی حالات رہے اور کسی نے ان حالات کی تبدیلی کے لئیے ٹھوس عملی اقدامات نہ کئیے تو خاکم بہ دہن آنے والے وقتوں میں منظر کچھہ ایسا ہوگا کے اگر کسی کے گھر موت ہوگی تو اہل خانہ مٹھائیاں بانٹا کریں گے دوست احباب مبارک باد دینے آیا کریں گے کہ چلو ایک کھانے والا تو کم ہوا ایک لیبلٹی تو کم ہوئی، اور جس کے گھر بچے کی پیدائیش ہوا کرئے گی تو لوگ اسکے گھر تعزیت کے لئیے جایا کریں گے کف افسوس ملا جایا کرے گا دعائیں کی جایا کریں گی کہ اللہ آپکو صبر عطاء کریں کہ آپکی زمہ داریوں میں مزید اضافہ ہوگیا ہے آپکی روٹی کے دعوےداروں میں ایک اور دعوے دار کا اضافہ ہوگیا ہے۔ اللہ کم از کم مجھے تو اس دنیا سے اٹھا لے ایسا وقت آنے سے پہلے، یا پھر کوئی ایسا مرد قلندر پیدا کردے ہمارے درمیان جو اس ملک اور قوم کے تقدیر بدل دے، آمین۔
